Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Tropical

Comments:
First off; I'm ending my other 10 buck giveaway. "No Bugles No Drums" is the title of the biography of Peter Snell the Olympic Champion and former world 800/1500/mile WR record holder from New Zealand. He was Arthur Lyniard's first world beater and helped bring the Lyniard method onto the international stage. History lesson kids!

Run to day was teh best I've felt in a week. Kinda dissapointed honestly but I'll get to that later. I saw Tropical for weather becsaue it rained on and off most of the day was like 75 degrees and the air was full of humid water droplets the whole time. This morning it was 25 when I left for work. NEO's go nothing on that swing.

I keep trying to temper my pace expectiations for runs. I keep saying that it doesn't really matter how fast your running just feel good. However I have a hard time not comparing myself to how runs that felt like I did last night used to be like 6:0x pace runs. But then again when I was routinely doing that I ran myself into the ground. So it's proably a good thing that I don't approach that level.

Went bowling after. Next 10 buck challange. What running novel makes heavy use of the phrase "Come over the ball". I made that joke a bunch of times when we bowled last night, people laughed but I don't think they got the refernce. I had a career day bowling though. 144 and 158. Those mught be my two best games ever.
