Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
We did an interval workout on the bike on the bike. We were going to do the pool but I cut my finger doing dishes pretty badly yesterday and I don't want to ruin the bandage. It was super hard. We did abs after. I'm planning on getting on the elliptical after class for a short bit to make cardio an hour today.
Workout:
10 minutes warm up
1:30 sprint on level 5 (2:20-59)
2:00 minutes medium (3:15-4:07)
1:30 hill sprints on level 8 (2:30-3:00)
The sets ended up being uneven for 25 minutes so the last hill sprint was 30 seconds on level 9 at 2:30
10 minute cool down
