South Overlook up North Park to Shelburne and back (with Grogan) + South Overlook to Chestnut Hills to North Park around Lower Shaker Lake, back North Park to South Overlook (alone) -

I started off the day so happy and excited and my first run went so well... So it turns out basically nothing on our project works right at all, so I was miserable by the time I ran. Today was like an onion, the more layers you pull back, the uglier it got. So anyway, I felt sort of crappy. The legs were fine except the upper quad area. I really did not want to run. I'd guess the pace was 7:15ish.
