Comments:
Today's run was 40 minutes out and then back faster. I made it 5.3 miles in 40 minuts and came back almost a full five minutes faster. I felt very comfortable at the longer distance and felt even better coming back. Again I focused more on drive and kick as opposed to trying to overstride. Almost felt the effect of a mid month slump. I have had some consecutive days off but they way they fell in the week I am still on track for 120 miles. I have ran 12 of 19 days which means I have only taken off 7 days this month.
