Bushido Katana workout

Comments:
Up early in 12 degree weather for this workout. My entire body especially my face and hands were frozen. Still I felt pretty good in the workout. Really tried to push myself and the rest of the team in each 300. We had a 33 second rest in between 400's. Looking back at last race at Feds it was a breakout race for me not because I ran well physically but because I ran well mentally. Throughout the race I never doubted myself once and I had the most confidence in myself I have ever had.
