Comments:
Ran what I thought was yesterdays' long sprint workout. 400 jog, 400 variable, Obi (as best i know it), some tech mech work, and then 6,6,4,4,2,2 with 200m walk recovery between each. I forgot to do hurdle recoveries between sets so that wasn't ideal, because I'd have liked some more aerobic recovery and the extra hip work, but on the bright side, it meant my workout got more of an aerobic stimulus.

Splits: 1:53, 1:55, 72, 76, 31.8, 31.1
