Comments:
A very easy 6 miles, my whole body was tight, not just my legs but my upper body and back as well. Today was not really a performance run. More like one of those runs you force your self to get up and do. But they are the kinds of runs that matter most. The one where you lay in bed thinking of excuses of not to do it. These are the days that make or break a running week or even a month. But I have been trying to overcome the mid month slump and this definitely helps
