Weather: perfect....right below 80 and sunny

Comments:
Started the first 3 miles at about a 6:25 then ran into some hills. I know I could have kept the pace there with out too much difficulty, but my left IT band started to hurt so I had to slow it down a lot after mile 4. I'll take the next two days easy because of the race on Friday. Saturday will be long.
