morning run

Comments:
Woke up a bit later than intended and was slow out the door, but still managed to do something. Belt Rd Loop in the clockwise direction. Soles of feet are tight most mornings, especially after the speed yesterday, but I loosened up as I went along. Started slower than 8:00, I suspect. Finished the last mile down around 7:00.
