Comments:
Felt pretty good all things considered. tied my track pr for the 1600 in a full mile and set a louek pr. Started a minute behind the girls and caught them all before half. I hate running alone, but racing alone is worse. Smithwa joined me for 6 of the ten extra miles I had to run though, so it wasn't too bad.
