I feel like I still have a lot in me for this last race. I pushed the pace on the first one. I took the hill easy then really worked to crest the top and the downhill. But then realized we should run more like a pack. So after that I went more controlled on the downhill so we could all run together in the workout. We picked up this huge thing of ice after the workout...
