RC Fartlek workout

Comments:
Today was a perfect day to run. It was about 60 degrees all day and just perfect when I headed out for the Fresh Pond workout with the running club. The workout was to do equal rest to interval for a 5min, 3min, 2min, and 1min pickup (total 2.9 miles but I'm not sure what the distances were for the pickups so I'm not sure about pace). The 3min pickup felt the most difficult but overall I felt good, especially for the last one which felt like a solid all-out sprint. Glad to get a workout in, for sure. Also, crunches and squats.
