Comments:
Philillpe (coach) Good tips on raising elbow out of the water more. Slight rotation of the upper body. Used paddles on our hands.
My kick is still very weak. He said to use body (diaphram ? down)when kicking. After class I mentioned my weak kicking and he said to try pointing toes when pushing down and then releasing point (flexibility in ankle) when coming up. A lot of kicking with board so covered less distance today.
