Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
we did 4 sets of 5 minutes on the stairs and jogged half a lap to abs and back in between each one. my butt was still killing me from the spiderman stretch thing the day before, so it was a painful morning. it hurts to sit down. haha. im guessing it was about 30 minutes with the half-laps added in.
