Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A decent six miles. I tried to go out pretty quick and work the first 2 hills pretty hard. I wanted to try to get into oxygen debt but I couldn't really do it. This month is rounding out to be a very decent start to what I hope is a successful racing season! Turned out I forgot to stop my watch. I guessed about the time. Should be be pretty accurate!
