Comments:
I was dreading todays run but once I got out there and completed the first couple miles it was smooth sailing! The pace on the way out was pretty slow but I was able to come back four minutes faster. I wasn't as fast as I was last week with this run but I was also missing my pacer on the bike. It the miles that are important right now. The time matters but not as much as the distance. I need to have the confidence to complete the 13.1 mile course coming up on dec 14th, just 17 days away. We are in good shape but its running the time I want to run that might be a problem. None the less we got to get out and keep hitting the road.
