Comments:
Ran with Ryan basically the whole way. We didn't want to race it this year since last year I felt it hurt me coming back to running, and it was only my second day. I felt really smooth, and the end gave me a lot of confidence for the 10k. Excited to work on a strong base then race fast this spring!
