Comments:
In huge contrast with yesterday's run, I felt pretty exhausted and a bit sick to my stomach on this run. I suppose the run yesterday took it out of me but my legs felt weak (plus shins hurting) the whole time so I decided I'd cut this run short. I'm thinking I'll get some good rolley-sticking in when I get home and take a day off tomorrow.
