Comments:
My 2nd mile was 8:36. I felt very good this whole run. Really good run. I did a 100 M and a 200 M stride after the run. Then I did a time trial for both distances in my street and got 13.4 and 30. My second 100 meters of a 200 meter sprint, I slow down a little.
