2 Mile Run On Bayou

I felt pretty good during this run. I did a 200 M stride towards the end of my run.



Saturday Night:
I have been running on my midfoot and ball of my foot this whole week to work on my form. I am really trying to work on that this winter. I felt tightness in my hamstring on Friday so I took that day off. I rolled it out and haven't felt it since. I took Saturday off to give my body a little bit more rest. I am so mentally fresh though. Tonight, I realized how eager I am to jump into training. After taking 2 days off, I realized how much I love training. I am ready mentally. That is what the break is all about. Getting to the point where I think like that and feel like I am 100 percent ready. I am 100 percent mentally, but going to give my body a couple more days. Feeling better physically each day though.
