Comments:
December 2nd and that was a hell of a run! December may be off to a great start and November I hit my goal mileage of 120 and plan on increasing the mileage to 135 in December. Starting the month off at 2/2 is excellent. I need to keep this same enthusiasm through out the month, esp after the half marathon on the 14th and keep this train running!
