Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Modified workout but still felt great to run a little faster. Warm up to the track, drills, then 6 "lane 8s" (ran a 400, walked to the stagger, ran again). Hit them all at 95, last one 94. Graz said I should have jogged the rest, guess I'll do that next time. The goal was to do a strictly aerobic workout (no heavy breathing). I don't think I did it right, but it felt good regardless. Faster paced mile back, then one mile cool down. Abs, stretching, rolling. My knee doesn't hurt as much when I run faster.
