Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
I jumped on the bike after an intense session on the elliptical. I decided to do a workout on it. Alternating 1 minute sprints of level 6 and 8 with 2 minute breaks in between. Just something to get me through the half hour.
Sprints were RPM 120. Rests were greater than 95.
