Comments:
Same run as yesterday but did it with Joe, Mark, and Tim. Felt pretty good. Before PT went to Tucker and did 10 rounds of 20x swings (24kg) and 5x presses (20kg) alternating arms each round.
Got told to put my shoes back on by some old lady...
