Weather: 70s, partly cloudy.

Comments:
We jogged up to the lake, then once around for warm-up. I did one pathetic stride, then we were off. I hit 1:48, 3:37 (1:49), 5:30 (1:53), 7:16.9 (1:47). It felt like I was stronger than I expected, but the whole way I was kinda' held back by the hamstring and uncertainty as to how hard I could safely go. Dave and I ran around once and home for the cool down.
