Tempo workout

Comments:
During the warm-up I really felt terrible but once we started the tempo I loosen up a bit and felt better. I thought the pace was hard but comfortable. About half way throught hip began to tighten up but not to where I felt a lot of pain. When I finished the whole workout and cool down My hip was really really tight but I also think because of the cold this happened. All in all ok surprised on how well I felt today. 20 min tempo- 2.97 miles.
