Warmed-up, then I did a mile alternating between 6:18 pace to 5:44 pace every quarter mile. Then I took a 2 minute rest and ran a mile at about 5:51 pace. It felt good. My calves are still really soar from lifting though. Afterward I did a little bit of arm lifting.
