then did 1on-1off workout with off @ 11-12 usually, on @16-18 (usually would start 16 then ramp it up, or start 17 and then move up) had some "on" minutes where i did up to 19 and even 20. last 1:45 of first 20 min was "on" ended with 19 and 20.
