Weather: P TRAIL to the mall
Comments:
Just a few days left until the first half-a-thon of the season. I can thoroughly say that I am not ready and there is nothing I can do to be able to run faster. All I can do is be ready to race on Sunday. The tips that I have for myself is to stay hydrated, stretched out and try to eat as many good carbs, protein and calories as I can. I also need to cut way down on cigarettes!
Todays run was decent 7 miles. I was able to come back faster and I felt comfortable. I was working on turnover, keeping my feet off the ground as well as kicking them back. Like I said I need to be ready to run race on Sunday
