Sore Fartlek at Fuller

Ran 6 x 400M on 400M off fartlek loops at Fuller. I was totally sore from this morning. And good thing there was a bathroom nearby if you know what I mean. (I'm having a hard time accommodating evening running into my digestive schedule.) This was one of those workouts that you don't really feel strong about but you run hard and feel good that you made it through.
