Weather: Nice weather, ran in shorts
Comments:
Didn't really understand the 200 stuff so I just did 2 reps of 34 44s in 8 minute intervals. couldn't get under 35 on the the 6th minute of the 2nd set so I stopped. Did a 10 minute warm up with 5 minute jog in between sets and 20 minute cooldown. Also did pushup/pullup pyramid and core work with a long stretch.
