Comments:
maddie and I hitched a ride with zac and ryan to a trail in Nyack. The trail appeared to be flat but it was a slow and steady uphill. The last 1.5 miles back finally was downhill. Legs felt really good, hard to breathe and I'll blame it on the altitude because we were practically on a cliff haha. new shoes felt really good
