Haven't lifted in a month. This month's membership fee was well spent. Went back today not so much for results as for (a) making the it seem like I was getting my money's worth, (b) a little overall conditioning and toning (to keep my fabulous physique, oui?) and (c) to get some exercise while giving the legs a rest. Ran over from home and then ran a long loop back.
Military press - 3x12, 55lb dumbells
Upright row - 3x12, 95lb EZ Curl bar
Iso-later bench machine - 1x12, 90lbs of plates, 2x12 70lbs
"skullcrushers" - 3x12, 55lb EZ curl bar
Bicep curls - dropset starting from 40lb down to 20lb dumbells
medicine ball work (mostly shoulders)
Abs
Stretch
