Comments:
Met up with Stats and Slim on Wisc in Friendship Heights. Took them on odd, little trails parallel Little Falls and returned through the Westmoreland Hills and along Western. Added on a bit after dropping the hoppers off at their homes around half an hour. Noticeably in worse shape than two weeks ago as would be expected after such inconsistent running. I guess I did end up taking a two week break myself after Nike. Went to Sam's ordination in the afternoon.
