Comments:
Felt shitty today, but I've been feeling good lately so I don't know what was wrong. I was pushing myself through the whole run, just an off day. My legs were really heavy but I think it was from lifting and not the workout
Did drill and bands and then later went to the gym, did arms and rolled out
