Comments:
We voted for captains, did two laps around the field, drills and then took Nebraska to Loughboro, turning around at Arizona with all male distance runners (a very good group, I must say). We then did 5 sets of stairs from the ground floor to the third, touching every step, a lap around the field, followed by 5 sets of stairs from L2 to the third floor, skipping steps on the first, third and fifth times. One more cooldown lap, then inside for pushup progression twice and the first two sets of crunch progression.
