Comments:
My first day back since the half marathon. I only took two days off to rest. The first day was very painful, the second day was much better. I definitely should have stretched more all three days. My mind is ready to come back to training and preparing for the next race but my legs although feel good are still tired. I need to focus on stretching especially the quads and calves.
