Comments:
Forced myself to get up before six to fit in a run today. Felt pretty good, all in all. I don't have the pop I had two weeks back, but I do feel like I have some strength when running. Being in shape is only a few weeks away if I work consistently. Started slow, but final downhill mile form Tenley was definitely around 7:00. [Gave blood yesterday afternoon.]
