considering how often i look in the mirror, to shave, to brush my teeth, to put in my contacts, to admire my beautiful face, it actually had been a while since i paid attention to what i looked like. runners in general are often really skinny, not that muscle-y folks. but when you stop running even that little muscle you have starts to go away and now you are an even weaker frail person. i'm pretty sure of all the times i've stopped running i'd lost weight even on my two weeks off just between seasons. but since i havent run in any consistent manner really in a year, i weigh less than i was for most of college. so i figured i'd start to do something about it. since i'm home now, i will actually start running more often i think because getting out of this house as much as possible is high on my list, but in addition i want to try and start working out a little more so that im not just some skinnny little boy anymore. nothing too serious and i probably cant even afford a gym membership but i just want to make a conscious effort even if it is only with my limited supplies here at home. we do have some lifting stuff in the basement.. at least maybe i'll try and regain my world championship title at wii-boxing from high school. have to call up my friend justin in texas and embarrass him again. also pretty sure all of my research is safely on my computer and re-backed up but i did lose some old stuff from high school and maybe freshman/sophomore year on my external hard drive. still pretty frustrating.
