Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran an easy 7 miles today. I threw in a hard 2 miles in the middle of run and then just cruised the rest of the way home, focusing on maintaining good running form and leg movement. I am still really tired from the half marathon. Both mentally and physically! I'm sure I will recovery and still have a chance to salvage the week and the month. The running log looks a little bare the middle of the this month!
