Comments:
Really dope run today.
Really awesome time running through the forest. Though about some things. Found a new anchor and ran with it. Like I actually took off. I'm feeling so much better. I was flying through the icy mud puddles and just cruisin. I wish I could have gotten a watch on the first mile of my speed up. But I got one on my second and it was 5:35 and I was slowing down.
Moral of the story, I'm feeling much better.
