Comments:
Almost 5 full minutes faster than yesterday. Each day I feel better and better. I am gaining sleep and getting the kick back in my legs. I hope and I think that I will come out of this a much stronger and faster runner! I can feel it burning inside, my legs start to step a little different during the end of a run.
