Comments:
During 5 minute warmup my diaphragm was giving me a lot of problems. I stretched it before the 2 miles hoping it would feel better, but it got much. I tried to do the workout but after the first mile the pain came again and I had to stop. Don't know why it has been acting up when it has been fine recently.
