LONG RUN

I came back from the city and rushed to get the run in before it got dark. It ended up getting dark by mile 3, but I didn't care. I got into a pretty good rhythm a little after mile 1. It just felt easy, you know except for the crazy hills in my town. I had a scarf to cover my face kind like what you have, I really like them. I didn't use it the entire time but it was good. My phone died half way through so I mapped out the run when I got home. I was at 23:20 at the 3 mile mark though! I felt like I just kept dropping every mile. Estimating with the time!

As for break, I figure I could adopt a schedule kinda like the summer, replace a hilly run with a 200 workout, start doing tempos and stuff. I'm researching gyms in my area, I should be signed up for one by tomorrow. It was good week of running for me :)
