Easy Run w Stairs

Per Anthony's instruction, I went with the shorter group, which turned around at Ward circle and went back. Everybody had a fairly light day, as we are still easing into higher mileage. It actually felt nice for a change. Right now, I'm at a point where I can suck it up and run with the big boys but be unable to keep up a conversation, or I can go with the medium boys and feel as though I am settling instead of pushing. Hopefully, I'll spend most of this season in between, in order to work to a point where I can move up. Once we got back to school we did 5 times going up 3 levels of stairs on the crystal staircase, taking stairs 2 at a time. I didn't have to lift my knees up much, and it felt kind of restricting at first, but then I started focusing on my turnover and found myself speeding up. After 5, we did a lap around the field, and then came back to do 5 times going up 5 levels, taking the stairs 2 at a time on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th time. We then cooled down again, and did some crunches and pushups.
