Comments:
Felt pretty bad today. Did not hydrate enough, which was a mistake. The first half of my run I did with a friend who was doing a workout. We did a progression run which was supposed to go from 7:00-5:50. (Funny that this is considered a workout for a Division 1 team). Anyway, when we were going around 6:30 pace, I dropped off and went on my own. I will end this novel about a normal run here.
