Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was going to do my tempo today but the track was a bit slippery and with my hip feeling better I didnt want to chance a fall ( I am Nervous to fall now). I did a faster run today and my hip felt amazing. It tightened up a bit after my run but did not hurt as bad. I lifted after my run.
