Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
Don't laugh but I didn't know how to work this elliptical. It made me go on it for 20 minutes with a 2 minute cool down. It said I was going 5.5-6.0 mph the entire time and I just dealt with it. The machines aren't like Bradley :(. Rpm 90-95 level 5. The levels were also really hard!!!!
