Ladder workout

I set off today unsure whether I wanted to do a full workout. But, after about 5min of jogging, I figured it'd feel great to get on my toes and work hard. I did a ladder of equal rest to pickup: 1min, 3min, 5, 3, 1, 1, 1, then six 30second pickups. I felt strong on the first two then developed some serious stomach pain. It eventually went away after the second minute pickup. I was happy with the last three 30sec pickups in particular because I really focused and managed to get some quality sprints in, increasing the distance I covered each time.

After, I did one set of the squad circuit then had a nice long stretch on the beach.
