Comments:
With JB and Tobi... Zig Zagged through Chevy Chase, DC in and around Lafayette. Did 6 pick ups ranging from 45 seconds to 2.5 minutes. Never felt super challenging, but took focus. Ran at Tobi's pace for cooldowns and pick ups (surges as he calls them).
